In 2018, I went to the no.1 Tony Robbin’s event. His most renown event. It’s 6-7 days long going from 10am till 1, maybe 2, maybe 3am!! It was super high impact for many, tons of dancing, lots of fun. It was an event for breakthroughs. Just about everyone experiences some small or bigger shifts. However months most people including myself report life going back to a lower baseline.
It was great and I’m glad I went. But I’m a professional coach (PCC) and NLP Trainer. So many people I feel could have gotten a much higher ROI (Return On Investment) more easily. Lets look at this briefly. You have to fly across the world, allow a day or two to prepare and recover. Your 7 big days turn into 10. The journey plus hotels, food, transportation, etc… You are now looking at +$1000-2000USD per day to listen to Tony for a few hours, broken up by advertising, alternative speakers and waiting for Tony to come back again. Yet thousands of people do this every year.
For a fraction of the cost, you can have a well-trained coach focused completely on YOU. Or for a couple of Thousand Dollars, you can do the NLP training with my team!
This is why Coaching over the Phone/Skype/Wechat/Zoom is becoming so popular but please note: A well-trained coach, and a coach with a glamorous facebook page are different things. Make sure, you know what to look for in a coach and feel free to ask for a guarantee. You need a coach that can get you results.
What happens in a coaching session, or a series of coaching sessions:
Each session with me runs for 45-90 minutes typically on the Phone or Zoom. (It can work faster than face to face as we don’t worry about body language and you can actually get through a lot more easily than when sitting face to face.) During this time, we have an extremely engaging discussion. What is on your mind. What do you want to work through today. And these are structured so they deal with what’s most important NOW, and moving you towards your longer-term goals and dreams. Even if you’re not completely sure what your longer-term goals or purpose is yet! It’s quite common to not know or to work it out in our time together.
First call / Consult: Looking at what you want to achieve. Figuring out what has and hasn’t worked before so we can be more effective.
Session 1 – 2: Learning why you haven’t got it already, roadblocks, discovering patterns, looking for the best opportunities to excel.
Sessions 3-5: Action. Methodologies, processes, conversations to get you where you are to where you want to be.
Sessions 6 onwards: Action, celebrating wins, calibration, building resiliance, flexibility, spreading out our success into other areas of life.
It’s all about you. Everyone is different. Some people like the direct approach. Some people really appreciate when I share direct experiences other clients have had (full confidentiality is a must by ethics and laws of course). Some people like to know how it all works and collect lots of information. Your natural learning style & preferences will contribute a lot to what we do. In saying that, YOUR RESULTS become the HIGHEST PRIORITY.
Therefore ‘FIXED’ predetermined game plans rarely work.
Some clients LOVE to be hypnotised or to enter deep trance or meditative states. Some prefer to brain storm. Some prefer sound boarding. You will probably enjoy experiencing them all! The Hypnosis element is excellent as it is to help reprogram your unconscious fast. ‘Retraining your brain’ to rewire & reprogram itself in more efficient ways. See brains do what works in the short term. If there is an easy path which feels good (eating candy) and a harder way (eating celery, carrots with hommus) our brains will take the easy path until it’s no longer the easier path. It’s natural, just look at kids. If a doctor report shows we are on the edge of getting diabeties, suddenly eating candy may no longer be the easy path. This is natural a natural example of reframing however we can take control and make healthier, wealthier choices TODAY.
As I only have limited appointment times together for each session it is really important for you to arrive on time. I typically see a lot of people and have a lot on. This means that I have very little flexibility on the day and if you do happen to arrive late then I will still need to finish our session at the scheduled time.
You will probably find the session will go very quickly. I hope that you will find our sessions non-threatening but ‘life-changing. I endeavour to get ‘change’ as quickly as possible and my average number of sessions to assist you in getting to a much better place is just 4 but by 6 you are 100% moving in new directions. Then we work together for a few months up to 2 years. Some of my business clients really value continual growth and they tend to enjoy working together for longer periods (it’s like having a silent business partner). Some clients just want to work through a challenge like procrastination, divorce, business startup and the like.
Success is essentially dependent on you taking an active part. It helps if you are open and honest with me (I am bound by laws of confidentiality) and committed to getting a positive outcome. I can be hard discipline maker, a cheer squad or a combination of them both. I have a military background and believe training your brain is vital for success in the 21st century.
If you are feeling nervous or apprehensive about seeing a Specialist or Coach, then consider seeing me as a Mentor or advisor. It’s very common or even a must for high performers to have a coach. Just look at sports. Some people brag about having a coach. Sometimes they use names like Performance Coach, or Executive Coach just to make it sound even higher status.
All varieties of Coaching is for growth and achieving more in life and you only have one shot at this life. People that do this stuff are focused on getting what they want in life, and you may completely be like this now. You may completely want this. But I do what your unconscious to fully consider, what would life be like if you had a coach helping you.

Preferred Coaching Agreement:
We work with a minimum of 3 months upfront payment. This is your commitment to ‘DO’ the coaching not just ‘TRY’ it.
Each month 2-5 sessions as per your individual circumstances.
Each session is typically 45-90 minutes. If we are in the middle of something deep, we can keep going.
Over Phone or Zoom uses less of your time. (Face to face is preferred for therapy not coaching!)
You also save 20-30% of your time each session as I only work with a handle full of clients 1:1 and you don’t have to repeat what you said the previous weeks.
Fee will vary upon assessment. I will not offer to work together unless you are committing and I can be very confident of results.
