Hi there, I’m Adrian Cahill, also known as Adi. I am originally from Australia, however I spend most my time in my favourite city in the world, Shanghai! I simple love being and Coaching in Shanghai! I work with a small group of passionate coaches face to face and online. Lets meet for a chat or just register and come along to one of our many workshops.

We do our coaching either face to face, phone, Wechat or Zoom. Whatever is easiest for you. Fast, easy, comfortable. However inside the sessions, you will be stretched. I will have you thinking totally outside the box like you never imagined before. I’m primarily guiding your thinking to and beyond it’s usual comfort zone or thinking patterns. From this out of the box position, you can learn so much more in a session than multiple sessions with a psych or therapist. In actual fact, in places like New York, there are many psychologist that study what I study, and they can charge Thousands of dollars per session as it is that effective! But in China, Coaching is still relatively new and NLP is also not widely understood as there is an abundance of the cheap shallow NLP not the world class NLP that I study and pursue.
As our time together is purely focused on you, the Return On Investment (ROI) is huge. We typically aim for 5 – 10x. Every dollar or minute investment, should save you 5 to 10 times it back in the first year.

Why Coaching?
Well, I found through my travels, that often people wanted to follow their dreams and accomplish more, but for most people, there was something was holding them back. Something keeping them from being all they could. Like there was something invisible holding them back. Often they were not consciously aware of what it was. Occasionally they were.
Through the 70+ Countries I traveled, it was consistent that people were generally unaware of how much they had been conditioned by their environment/family/community to be workers or employees (even self employed). We can be so much more, but we are held back by our conditioning. Our fears. Our negative thoughts. Our selves.
My 2nd TEDx Talk, way back before TEDx became commercialised.
In NLP there is a saying:
“Everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available.”
I feel that this could be modified to:
“Everyone is choosing what to do with the resources they think they have available.”

Back in 2012 I came to Shanghai to work as a Coach, NLP Coach to be exact. I remember my excitement still today when I first started searching and looking for information on the coaching and NLP scene in China. I was really happy because at that time, the no.1 NLP trainer in China was in Shanghai. His name was Daniel and he was training NLP coaches face to face in Shanghai and Beijing. I was really excited because he was from my part of Australia and was really well trained. He was the first professional Coach I hired for like a package of sessions and we worked together once I landed in China. Not long after I was assisting with some of the training and running Coach Training, and NLP Training right near my apartment. Later I got a bigger apartment specifically for living and being able to coach and run coach training from. We had a whole variety of coach training AT MY HOUSE! It was soo cool. The house became known as the MOTIVATE Shanghai House! When I left Shanghai, students took over the house and continued doing workshops there. Some years later we got a WeWork where we taught even more people how to coach. And now we offer NLP training and Coach training to people all over China and the world with Zoom. My earlier Coach/Trainer Daniel left China and left the NLP training world. Like him, I went to find the best trainers and Coaches not just in China, but in the world. Leading me to being certified by several of the earliest creators and both creators of NLP. So if you are interested in becoming certified, I hope we can talk over the phone/wechat/zoom because China is still a bit of a wild west, and there are only a few credible providers. For ICF training, it can be very expensive. For NLP, in English, there is only me, however in time, my students will become teachers and hopefully, they will become better than me!
